Founded on 19 December 1994 in Beijing's Mentougou district, Jingdiao began as a private workshop assembling nameplate-engraving machines for small sign shops. Nobody in that room expected the company to become one of the suppliers behind Apple's phone metal mid-frames, or to win a national industrial-fund investment three decades later. 1. The brain — JD50 / JD60 CNC system

The JD50 CNC system (精雕数控系统) has gone through five iterations since it hit the market in 2013 and now has 120,000+ units installed. The newest JD60, shown at CCMT2026, is a full-bus system with 1-nanometre programming and interpolation resolution and is described as compatible with international high-end CNC norms. 2. The software — JDSoft SurfMill CAD/CAM
