Gree and Jingdiao develop the machine + core components (spindles, linear motors, direct-drive tables, controllers) in-house. The upside is control over the speed-accuracy balance and a defensible tech story; the risk is controller maturity for the hardest simultaneous-5-axis paths — verify on your part.
Haitian and Neway win on price and throughput for proven geometries. Excellent when the part is well understood; less of a bet-the-line choice for first-of-kind tight-tolerance work.
KEDE, RIFA, Qinchuan sit in the high-end and application-specific lanes (tight-tolerance VMC, gears, power-train). Strong where their niche matches your part class.
Gree's CNC business is the large-part and machine+automation play: the GA-FMB3020D dual five-axis gantry for integrated die-cast structurals and aerospace parts, the GA-UV1050 high-torque 5-axis VMC, the GA-GF2755 high-speed VMC for aluminium/EV work, plus a machine+robot package. In-house spindles, linear motors and direct-drive rotary tables close much of the spec gap with Western brands.
VDI 3441 is the local accuracy language; premium-brand service is deepest here but most expensive. Documented accuracy + written response time decide the deal. German-machine-tool heritage also means buyers scrutinise provenance hardest.
Strong molds / automotive / aerospace demand and price-sensitive job shops actively trialling Chinese 5-axis. Italian-language support and a local agent are the swing factors.
